Step two: Arranging a joining pack for new employees
Contact your Southern Cross account manager and we can arrange for Southern Cross joining packs to be sent out to you.

Organise an induction presentation
In most cases, you can arrange for a Southern Cross representative to be part of your induction process. We can arrange one-on-one consultations or group presentations.
Having a Southern Cross representative attend induction courses demonstrates your support of employees’ health and wellness.
Put up posters
You can download and print posters that will promote your Southern Cross group scheme.
Promote your voluntary scheme
If your health insurance group scheme is voluntary (employees pay their own premiums), you can encourage people to join by distributing brochures. For supplies, contact your Account Manager or Telephone Consultant.
Make flyers available
Every four months Southern Cross creates a series of educational flyers designed to raise health awareness. To view and download the latest flyers, go to the ‘Health education material’ page.
