Being a good employer is something that is communicated to existing and prospective employees through a wide range of actions. There is no one thing that makes an organisation a good employer; it is the sum of all they do. It’s about continually acting in appropriate and affordable ways to build and maintain a good relationship between employer and employee.  EMA Chief Executive Alasdair Thompson
