How we develop your health and wellness solution
Stage one - Initial consultation
- Needs analysis undertaken to get to know your organisation, establish your business drivers, how you like to differentiate yourself as an employer and any special requirements you might have.
- Key objectives are identified.
- General introduction to our health and wellness programme options.
Stage two - Proposal
- Formal presentation of our recommendations.
- Each option is discussed in relation to your key objectives and costed.
- Next steps are explained clearly, including suggested timelines and communication plans.
- Proposal remains with you for consideration.
Stage three - Implementation
- Timelines are agreed.
- Employee communication plans are rolled out.
- Staff are trained to administer programmes.
Stage four - Ongoing service
- Monitoring, evaluations and regular reviews ensure your solution is meeting objectives.
- Required site visits are carried out.
